Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipping Restrictions

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Any reshipping fees incurred for returned packages may be the responsibility of the customer.
